Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and procedures
• Design and optimize tooling and fixtures for production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and efficiency
• Utilize Solidworks / AutoCAD / Draftsight programming to create CNC programs for machining operations
• Evaluate and select appropriate robotics and automation solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to industrial equipment and machinery
• Fabricate prototypes and conduct testing to validate design concepts
• Interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) drawings for manufacturing processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams
