Come work with a team of professionals dedicated to design excellence at Coffman Engineers’ Woodland Hills office.Coffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Senior Electrical Designer to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of diverse and challenging projects for our Woodland Hills office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience in the design and drafting of power, lighting, and low-voltage systems for federal / DOD, commercial, healthcare, educational, industrial, multi-family, and / or high-rise facilities.Compensation and Benefits : Approximate Base Salary – $90k to $105k based on experience.Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rateCompetitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company / team / personal performance.Hybrid Work Schedule (subject to change)401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee ContributionQualificationsTechnical / Associate degree in engineering or related science (preferred)7 years of design and drafting experienceGraduation from a certified CAD training program at an accredited institution counts as one year of experienceProficient in computer-aided drafting (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM)Possess advanced drafting, BIM / Revit and layout skillsCreate REVIT families and AutoCAD blocksExperienced with the latest release of Autodesk AutoCAD and REVITPerforming design work without supervision.Knowledgeable with electrical calculations.Knowledgeable with Tile-24 calculations.Experienced in training entry level designers.This position is not eligible for sponsorship.Why You Want To Work Here You could choose to work anywhere, so why work at Coffman Engineers?
