What You’ll Do:

We’re experiencing tremendous growth and increased demands for digital assets to support digital marketing and omnichannel commerce. You will partner with our marketing team to develop compelling content for our website and retailer's product information page. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visual online content that aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative online content for a variety of products, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product positioning, target audience, and marketing objectives.
• Conduct research on online trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to inform and elevate design concepts.
• Create visually compelling infographics and other visual elements to represent data and information in an easily digestible format.
• Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual representation across all online platforms.
• Capture, edit and retouch images, optimizing them for different platforms.
• Organize and maintain digital assets and design files, ensuring easy access for team members.
• Conduct quality checks on all design materials, to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills and Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• The ability to work onsite in the office, Pico Rivera full time.
• Strong working experience with graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and knowledge of digital design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, with a focus on digital media.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
• 3 years hands-on brand and graphic design experience.

Additional Data:

• Experience with Cinema 4D
• Video capture and editing
• Product photography
• Familiarity with web design and UI/UX principles
• Experience or background in consumer electronics

Work Location: onsite in Pico Rivera, California

Hourly Rate: Offer will be based on applicant’s experience level and seniority, but the role has a range of $27-$30.
