What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative position at Feizy Rugs?
The Client Service Specialist will represent our brand to our interior design clients, internal sales representatives, omni-channel big box retailers and eCommerce accounts by sharing product knowledge, bringing a can-do and service mindset to every task. Our goal is to connect with and care for every customer (internal or external) so that they have an outstanding experience.
Essential Duties
- Promptly and professionally handle all customer requests to provide solutions and a high level of service and care.
- Demonstrate salesmanship qualities while communicating with customers about our products.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products and locate items in the ERP to modify orders correctly based on product knowledge.
- Process orders manually from simple to complex, via an ERP system.
- Apply accurate and timely payments to sales orders.
- Research, prioritize, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all actions/conversations/issues through workflow tools (e.g. Smartsheets; internal database).
- Work with various departments includes sales, operations, accounting, inventory, and warehouse teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Direct or route calls to appropriate internal team members for assistance.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Job Experience
- Proven track record in attendance and punctuality.
- 2 or more years of Customer Service or Call Center experience required.
- Proven success in handling manual sales orders.
Technical Skills
- Beginner to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in using an order management system; knowledge of SPARS is a plus.
- Experience in using Smartsheets preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using One Drive and/or other cloud-based file sharing platform.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a positive, upbeat, and warm phone presence.
- Speak and write fluently in English, communicating in a professional manner to internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional listening skills with a service-minded attitude and approach to client needs, both internal and external.
- Ability to maintain composure when working in difficult situations.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and manages time effectively to get results.
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently.

Education and Experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of customer service or retail experience
- 6 months or more of Sales Experience
- Experience working in a wholesale environment
Work Schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. This position is performed in the office in a team-oriented environment, not a remote work position. Local Candidates in the Dallas-Fort Worth area only, please.
