Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Director of Costumes in planning and coordinating tasks related to multiple productions and projects.
- Provide support during high-volume periods by stepping into roles within the costume department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervising and managing a team of 10 or more individuals.
