Occupational Therapist for FeldCare Connects

FeldCare Connects is a leading referral network that connects healthcare professionals with patients in need. We are seeking a highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team and deliver exceptional care to adults of all ages.

This position is an opportunity for a self-motivated individual to work as an Independent Contractor serving the Hemet area. As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve patient wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide services defined by state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.
• Lead patients in the use of therapeutic, creative, and self-care activities to improve functioning and safety.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes to patient condition.
• Instruct patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams in therapy areas where they can participate in assisting the patient.

Qualifications:

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST license and registration by the state.
• Completion of an accredited OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST program.
• Bilingual is a plus.
