Occupational Therapist - Independent Contractor
This position is for an independent contractor to serve Coachella and the surrounding areas. FeldCare Connects seeks a self-motivated occupational therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
- Determine patient plans of care.
- Use our Electronic Medical Record system for easy documentation.
Requirements:
- Ability and enthusiasm working with all ages.
- Current license issued by the state board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist.
- Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy as a Registered Occupational Therapist.
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Smartphone.
- Bilingual a plus.
