Job Description:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at Feldco Home Renewal. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our marketing department to design compelling visuals that support our overall marketing strategy. From concept to execution, you’ll play a critical role in concepting and crafting impactful designs for digital, print, out of home, and social media campaigns, among other design-driven media. Reporting to the Creative Marketing Manager, this position thrives on collaborative efforts across all departments, functioning like an internal agency to drive cohesive and effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Creativity: Conceive and develop innovative and visually appealing graphic design for various marketing mediums, including digital ads, print materials, out of home, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that deliver results.
- Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and creative solutions for Feldco’s marketing efforts through its graphic design.
- Production Support: Prepare final artwork for print and digital platforms, ensuring high-quality output and technical accuracy.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our work innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Digital Space: The knowledge and ability to design within a digitally driven framework.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including digital and print work.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to overcoming creative challenges and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
- Creative Communication: The ability to brainstorm, concept, and communicate fresh, interesting approaches to creative design.
