Warehouse Supervisor - Full Time

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Hours Needed: Monday Thru Friday, 6am to 2:30pm; Occasional Saturdays
- This position would require a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Warehouse Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receive, inventory & stage products with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain & order stock inventory as needed.
- Receive deliveries & distribute packages.
- Follow a daily routine of tasks and duties.
- Organize, clean & maintain the warehouse.
- Assist with maintaining the entire facility.
- Assist Operations Managers on various projects & tasks.
- Please be advised that this position will require individuals to lift 50 to 100lbs on a regular basis

Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Warehouse staff appropriately based on product arrival.
- Provide hands on direction and assistance when unloading products from the trucks and ensuring accurate delivery and products free from damage.
- Communicate product arrivals with Operation Staff.
- Ensure correct products are staged daily to expedite Installation Company pickup.
- Maintain a safe, neat and clean work environment.
- Assist facilities on an as needed basis. Work might include: handling office moves (i.e. setting up and taking down cubicles), changing light bulbs and other misc. tasks.
- Project work as assigned: including, but not limited to establishing a more robust Inventory Management System.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Motivated Self-Starter
- Handy with maintenance tasks (changing lightbulbs, hanging pictures, moving furniture, etc)
- 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor or other leadership role
- A valid driver’s license in order to transport material using company vehicles
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years in a leadership role
- Associate Degree or Technical/Trade Certificate is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree is heavily preferred
