• Salary: $50K salary plus bonuses: Annual Compensation is estimated to fall between $65K-$70K

Job Summary:

Feldco is looking for an Assistant Manager of Field Marketing to lead and execute on-the-ground marketing campaigns and event initiatives. This role works closely with the Customer Engagement Manager and Field Marketing Team Lead to drive local marketing efforts, increase brand awareness, and support sales objectives through qualified appointment setting. The Assistant Manager will oversee a team of 3-4 Field Marketing Ambassadors, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure their success in door-to-door canvassing and event marketing. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in direct marketing, team management, and performance tracking to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development: Oversee and mentor a team of 3-4 Field Marketing Ambassadors, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
• Talent Recruitment & Training: Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new field marketers, fostering a high-performing team.
• Canvassing Strategy & Execution: Lead door-to-door marketing efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and maximizing customer engagement.
• Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee participation in trade shows, home shows, and community events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Lead Generation & Tracking: Monitor lead acquisition, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records in the CRM or tracking system.
• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to align field efforts with overall business objectives.
• Performance Reporting & Metrics: Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Field Support & Operations: Act as a point of contact for the field marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities and resolving any challenges in real time.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or brand management.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
• Proficiency in Canvassing software preferred but not required.
• Personal Traits: Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to canvassing locations and events, as needed.

Work Environment:

• Work will be conducted in various locations, as well as trade shows.
• Travel may be required depending on the location of the events canvassing needs.

Job Type: Full-time
