About the Position:

The Installer Recruiting Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You’ll be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-notch installation teams across Feldco’s 12 markets in the Midwest. These skilled crews will install windows, siding, entry doors, and roofing, making it essential that we find the best installers for our customers’ needs. You’ll actively engage with these teams, guiding them through our onboarding process and building strong relationships to ensure our high standards of customer satisfaction are met.This is an entry-level position, and you’ll work from our Rosemont Headquarters with a Monday-Friday schedule of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

What We’re Looking for in You:
We are searching for an enthusiastic individual with a go-getter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be equally outgoing, detail-oriented, and highly organized. The ability to speak confidently with people you’ve never met before and host events as needed will be a key part of this role. While no prior experience in home remodeling is required, it is beneficial to understand the basics of the construction process.

Fluency in Spanish and/or Polish is a plus, but not required. If you’re eager to learn, we’ll provide all the necessary training to set you up for success!
