Automotive Detailers Needed
Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Detailer. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and detail vehicles thoroughly, meeting company standards for both interior and exterior
- Inspect vehicles for damage or areas requiring additional attention
- Utilize cleaning products and equipment effectively to achieve a high-quality finish
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including detailing bay and equipment storage areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Continuously improve skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and consistent production of high-quality work
- Effective time management and task prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
