We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal or degreed legal assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain calendar for all cases and legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- prepare and respond to discovery requests
- Monitor and ensure case deadlines are followed
- Record and store case file records
- set up all litigation events : mediations, depositions, hearings, witness and client meetings
- Prepare exhibits for motions, depositions
- help managed the day to day of the cases
