Feldman Legal Group is a Florida and Georgia civil litigation law firm representing individual plaintiffs and employees with emphasis on high stakes class and collective actions in the FLSA and other wage and employment laws, as well as representing workers/claimants in Florida workers compensations cases, personal injury and medical malpractice cases, and other civil matters in state and federal courts.

We are seeking a Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities:
- prepare and file complaints in federal and state court
- Drafting of legal documents, including discovery requests and responses
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all court deadlines and maintain calendar
- Record and store client information, records, and case filings
- Manage the day to day of the case in conjunction with attorneys
- schedule events
- work with clients on completing discovery
- prepare the attorney and the case for mediations, depositions, hearings
- 2 years of previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant handling assigned cases
- Familiarity with federal rules and federal case filings
- Ability to multitask and manage the calendar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- ability to start and hit the ground running
- experience with practice management software
