As an Events & Partnerships Manager at FELFEL, you’ll play a key role in organizing unforgettable events and developing strategic partnerships. In this maternity cover position, you will support our marketing team in driving B2B customer acquisition and engagement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and own our event strategy (internal and external audiences), ensuring it perfectly aligns with our marketing and business goals, such as boosting brand awareness and generating leads.
- Act as FELFEL's event ambassador! You'll build and nurture relationships with key new and existing stakeholders, serve as their main point of contact, and skillfully negotiate contracts and terms.
- You are responsible for the implementation of events from A-Z, including creative concept development, planning & hosting, and debriefing.
- Connect all internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Design, to bring event concepts to life.
- Define clear lead-generation objectives for events and manage the associated budgets
- Lead, mentor, and support one direct report within your team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree and/or have a minimum of 3-5 years of events and partnerships experience.
- You bring a strong marketing mindset and sound business acumen to the table.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Juggling multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized comes naturally to you.
- Experienced and comfortable negotiating and interpreting contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English & German, French is a big plus.
- Non-smoker: You do not smell like cigarettes and do not smoke during the day as FELFEL promotes healthy living.
- Have a valid EU/EFTA or Swiss work permit.
