Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health provides nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician. This includes assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and evaluating patient progress. The RN must also coordinate total care plans with other healthcare professionals and ensure that patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines.

Requirements
