We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials.
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the menu items.
- Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Utilize POS systems, such as TOAST POS, for efficient order processing when necessary.
Skills
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to manage guest relations in a busy restaurant setting.
- Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly TOAST
