We are currently seeking a Warehouse QC Associate to join our Edison, NJ team. This role will work closely with our shipping and invoicing departments to ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of all product orders. Some experience with computerized accounting systems or ERP's is preferred but not necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review bills of lading and related shipping documents to ensure accurate information is sent to the invoicing department.
- Review product to be shipped against billing records to verify and document accuracy.
- Keep track of shipments, movement of material, and shipping deadlines
- Ensure orders are tracked and pulled in a timely manner
- Provide order management team with information, primarily through daily clerical activities
- Investigate any discrepancies as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a distribution warehouse is required.
- Previous experience as a shipping clerk, warehouse clerk, or other related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work on a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong Attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work both independently and on a team
- Basic to intermediate math and computer skills.
- Bilingual ? fluent in English and Spanish
Compensation: $18-$19/ hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
Salary : $18 - $19
