Your Role
- Conduct mental health assessments, diagnosis, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide treatment using a full range of therapeutic skills, including prescribing medication, offering psychotherapy, and making referrals when needed.
- Collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers in a supportive, case-consultation setting.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.
- Ensure quality care and accurate documentation for all patients.
Qualifications
- Active PMHNP/APRN licensure in Utah with good standing.
- American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) Certification.
- DEA Licensure with Schedules 2-5 prescribing privileges
- Experience in psychiatric medication management, especially with children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, interdisciplinary environment.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Competency in working with diverse populations.
- Successful background check.
Compensation
- Pay: Based on experience and qualifications.
- Compensation is aligned with reimbursement rates, experience, and licensure.
- Paid per visit according to billing code:
- 90792/Intake: $90
- 99214/Follow up 30 min: $45
- 99213/Follow up 15 min: $25
- 90833/Add on therapy: $15
