We are seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to supervise job sites, coordinate tasks, and ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the field, strong leadership abilities, and a firm understanding of safety and quality control protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role (5 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and understand plans and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with safety guidelines (OSHA certification preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
