Data Analysis
- Analyze healthcare and financial data sets.
- Use statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Prepare and present clear and concise reports to communicate findings and insights.
- Utilize data visualization tools to create charts, graphs, and dashboards for easy interpretation of complex data.
- Develop and implement KPIs to assess process effectiveness.
- Use statistical and predictive modeling techniques to forecast trends and outcomes.
- Assist in predicting client outcomes, resource needs and financial performance.
- Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement in client servicing and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with billing professionals and IT teams to gather data, understand requirements, and implement analytical solutions.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and measure the impact of interventions.
- Manage and maintain billing databases, ensuring data accuracy, security and integrity.
- Create reports as required.
- Schedule and chair all relevant team meetings.
- Ensure that effective interdepartmental communication is always adhered to.
- Develop, implement, manage and maintain all relevant department protocols, policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all relevant FHP systems are accurately updated and maintained by all relevant parties on an ongoing basis.
- Allocate daily workload to relevant parties and available resources to ensure optimum performance on an ongoing basis.
- To attend all relevant skill building workshops as requested.
- To stay current with all relevant skills, subjects and materials as it applies to the overall function.
- To drive your own Performance Appraisal process every 90 days as supported and formalized by your manager.
- To ensure that appropriate Self-Management is always exercised as it applies to the overall function
