We are a unique shop made up of a close-knit team that focuses on creating quality work using quality tools. We are looking for the right people; professional, growth-oriented, to create quality custom cabinetry with precision.
Responsibilities:
- Master the art of custom cabinetry alongside our experienced craftsmen.
- Assist in the assembly of custom cabinets using quality tools and machinery.
- Execute precise cuts to ensure exceptional quality.
- Follow detailed specifications and blueprints to accurately build custom cabinets to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper working condition.
- Safely move and transport cabinets, ensuring they are securely loaded and unloaded without any damage.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in high-end custom cabinetry
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in all projects.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to transport cabinets safely without causing any damage.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift and move cabinets as required.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to take direction from shop lead.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
