We work in-office Monday-Thursday, with Friday serving as an optional remote day.
Role Summary
As the Accounts Receivable Representative , you will manage customer deductions through research, analysis with resolution of acceptance through issue credits or providing product documentation supporting a denial in processing to the customers. Ensure processing of deductions are compliant to Fellowes Credit Policies. Perform daily cash application tasks for assigned Canada Customers related to posting cash, application of customer payments and balancing cash journals.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
