Role Summary
The Business Analytics Lead works with stakeholders from all business units and related third parties to define and document business processes and reporting initiatives. Business Analytics Lead partners with functional leaders to understand business challenges and design analytic solutions to meet current and future needs. The role requires a degree of advocacy to empower users. As Team Lead, this position has additional supervisory responsibilities including working with external vendors, internal employees, and consultants.
We work in-office Monday-Thursday, with Friday serving as an optional remote day.

The hiring range for this position in Itasca is $126,000 - $150,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. An annual incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
