Role Summary
Are you a strategic sourcing leader with a passion for driving innovation, optimizing supplier partnerships, and delivering measurable business impact? At Fellowes, we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Global Sourcing to lead and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies that enhance our product quality, cost efficiency, and global supply chain performance.
This role will be at the forefront of our New Product Development (NPD) and stage gate processes, ensuring that sourcing decisions align with our corporate growth and profitability objectives. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Sales to maximize business success.
This role, based in our Itasca, IL, HQs, reports into the Director of Global Strategic Sourcing. It will have one direct report and will require approximately 50-60% travel (mainly domestic).

What You Bring to the Team
The hiring range for this position in Itasca, IL is $130,000 to $150,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors. An annual incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
