As a Total Rewards Analyst, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, and well-being initiatives that align with our business strategy. This position offers the opportunity to apply your analytical skills, collaborate with HR and business leaders, and drive continuous improvement in our Total Rewards programs.
In This Role, You Will…
- Lead annual salary and incentive processes, providing key insights and analysis.
- Market price jobs, assign pay grades, and partner with HR to make strategic compensation recommendations.
- Support the management of incentive compensation programs, including tracking participants, calculating payouts, and generating statements.
- Conduct internal pay equity reviews and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
- Administer health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Drive process improvements in benefits administration and support benefits data audits.
- Oversee annual benefits renewals, open enrollment, and compliance filings.
- Support the development and continuous evolution of our well-being program.
- Provide exceptional customer service in support of our employees, addressing their compensation and benefits inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in compensation, benefits, and/or analytics (some compensation experience is a must).
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits compliance, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling complex financial and process data.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large data sets).
- The ability to manage projects independently and work cross-functionally with HR and leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience utilizing HR systems, such as Oracle HCM, Payfactors, and Employee Navigator (benefits administration).
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent work experience is considered.

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
