Position Summary:
The Campus Coordinator-Maumelle is responsible for all administrative and organizational tasks at the campus. This role will provide support to the pastors and volunteers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide administrative and organizational support to pastors and volunteers
Represent Fellowship and the pastors by greeting, directing and responding to calls, emails, and front door visitors in a helpful and prompt way
Maintain church and the pastors calendar and web events
Ensure all supplies and spaces are well stocked and organized including workroom, storage, copiers/printers, kitchens, plaza and common areas
Administer Communication Request Forms (CRF) to Media for all Maumelle ministries
Ensure all media promotion and bulletins are ready for services
Initiate and manage events in eSpace; church calendar and set up needs
Record and manage weekly first-time guest information from bulletin and Connection cards
Process and submit check requests, expense reports, and contracted payroll to the Finance Department
Computer data input and production of correspondence, schedules, appointments, rosters, and material including weekly bulletins (Marq) and monthly newsletter (TMAF)
Process and send mass emails and mailouts to members, guests, and staff of Maumelle Campus
Manage, recruit, and train volunteers and organize supplies for X-Team, Café, and Communion Teams
Be department expert on Ministry Platform (data base), Nexonia (expenses), Intact and Martus (budget)
Assist Campus Pastor with annual budget planning and implementing data. (Intacct, Martus)
Oversee all facility, grounds and campus maintenance needs and emergency plans
Manage security and delivery of weekly offering
Work closely with Maumelle campus staff and all other Fellowship departments
Participate in weekly Maumelle staff meetings and monthly All-Staff meetings
Manage all group information of database
Communicate with vendors and outside services for ministry events
Support special events by ordering food, preparing materials, setup/cleanup
Other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelors Degree (preferred)
Minimum administrative experience 1-3 years
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Initiates well on their own anticipating needs?
Is hardworking and is willing to check things off the list?
Able to balance multiple tasks in an effective and efficient manner
Serves and interacts well with volunteers, members and guests
Serves and operates well in team environment ?
Can organize details and communicate them well?

Work Schedule:
Monday Thursday 8:30 am. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday off
Sunday 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
