Position Summary
The Student and Family Pastor (SFP) plays a vital role in advancing the mission of Fellowship Dallas by offering spiritual, pastoral, and administrative leadership for all aspects of Family Ministries, spanning from birth through 12th grade. This individual serves as the primary leader of Student Ministries, while also providing thoughtful and prayerful shepherding to children, teens, parents, and volunteers engaged in every facet of Family Ministries. The Student and Family Pastor (SFP) is a relationship builder who develops and empowers leadership teams while leading, managing, and ensuring accountability for Family Ministry staff and volunteers. This role involves cultivating strong partnerships with parents and families, discipling children and students from birth through 12th grade, and spearheading the development and implementation of key spiritual milestones.

- Collaborates with staff and leaders to carry out the church's mission.
- Is responsible for the championing, leadership, management and accountability for the Family Team staff and volunteers.
- Builds and invests in the Family Ministry Leadership Teams.
- Manage the Family Ministry budget and oversees the creation or selection of curriculum, events, and outreach programs for all age groups.
- Provides strategic leadership for the ministry while recruiting, developing, and overseeing leaders and volunteers.
- Fosters seamless vertical and horizontal integration across all age groups and ministries.
- Collaborates with other teams for events, training, and church-wide initiatives.
- Pursues ongoing personal development.
