Job Title: Human Resources & Payroll Clerk
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $16.50-17.00/hour

Fellowship House is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Human Resources & Accounting team as a Human Resources & Payroll Clerk. This role combines administrative and payroll support, ensuring accurate records and timely execution.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll using UKG software, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain employee records, assist with benefits enrollment, and track attendance.
- Support new hire onboarding, background screenings, and compliance reporting.
- Assist with HR and Accounting functions, providing essential administrative support.
- Be a key part of a mission-driven nonprofit making a difference in the community!
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
- HR or Accounting experience a plus!
- Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll software (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
