Mental Health Professional (Clubhouse Generalist)

Fellowship House is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented bachelor's level clinician to join our Fellowship House's Club Fellowship team as a Clubhouse Generalist. This position involves working with members in developing vocational, educational, housing, and socialization goals. Club Fellowship presents an exciting and innovative model of treatment for people living with mental illness, following the International Standards for Clubhouse Programs.

Responsibilities: 

• Interact with our members one-on-one and in group settings on resume development, job searching, interview skills and other vocational activities.
• Serve as a Placement Manager and pitch transitional employment to area businesses, learning those placements and training members on the transitional employment process.
• Cover transitional employment placements in the event members cannot go to work and provide support on at least a weekly basis.
• Work with members to apply for jobs, entitlements, housing, education, and other supportive opportunities.
• Follow and educate others on the Standards and Club Fellowship philosophy.
• Along with members, represent and promote Club Fellowship in the community.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Health Education, etc.) (REQUIRED)
• A valid Florida driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish (preferred)
