Psychosocial Rehabilitation Counselor

Fellowship House is currently seeking bachelor's-level clinicians or certified mental health professionals to join our team as Psychosocial Rehabilitation Counselors. This position involves developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans, providing therapeutic support, and fostering skills that promote recovery and community integration.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized psychosocial rehabilitation plans tailored to each member's needs.
• Provide direct therapeutic support and counseling to members in individual and group settings.
• Facilitate skill-building activities focused on daily living, social skills, emotional regulation, and community involvement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, case managers, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress, challenges, and changes in treatment plans.
• Educate members about mental health, coping strategies, and available support services.

Requirements: 

• One of the following (REQUIRED):
  • Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field (social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice, health education, etc.)
  • Certified Addictions Professional Credential through the Florida Certification Board (FCB)
  • Certified Recovery Peer Specialist Credential through the FCB
  • Certified Recovery Support Specialist Credential through the FCB
  • Certified Behavioral Health Technician Credential through the FCB
• A valid Florida driver's license and access to a vehicle.
