Position Mission
The FOCUS Marketing team supports the mission of FOCUS by communicating with students, parishioners, alumni, benefactors, staff, and others. The Marketing Program Director plays a key role in managing the administrative and operational functions of the marketing department. This position ensures that office operations run efficiently, providing the support and coordination needed for the marketing team to execute their initiatives. The Marketing Program Director is integral to maintaining organizational structure and ensuring the team has the resources and support required for success.
Position Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, equipment management, and maintaining office processes to ensure smooth daily functions.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling, filing, and supporting the team with day-to-day tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, booking travel, etc.
- Invoice and Expense Tracking: Manage the submission and tracking of all invoices, monitor company credit card expenses, and submit timely expense reports for the team.
- Retreats and Offsites Support: Assist with the planning and coordination of team offsites, retreats, and other team-building events, ensuring logistical needs are met.
- Helpdesk Management: Oversee the iSupport/helpdesk system, ensuring all tickets are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline office and administrative processes, improving efficiency across the team.
- Additional Project Support: Be flexible and ready to take on additional projects or responsibilities as they arise, supporting the team with tasks that may not be part of the day-to-day operations but are critical to achieving marketing goals.

Compensation & Benefits
For this role, we anticipate paying $55,000 - $70,000/year. (This role is also eligible for bonus pay.) This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.

In this position, the Marketing Project Manager will be expected to fundraise a minimum of amount per month to support their work with FOCUS.
