Overview
We are in search of a Certified Caregiver to assist our nursing staff and the home health care team by providing daily living activities, offering emotional and social support, and performing various tasks for the residents' comfort and well-being.
This is a PRN (as-needed) position, offering flexible hours based on the needs of the patients and your availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with the residents' care plan.
- Provide personal care such as bed bath, tub bath, shower, shampoo, peri care, routine catheter care.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Work independantly.
- Provide supportive services and aid with activities of daily living.
Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Arizona Caregiver Certification required.
- Current CPR, First Aid cards, Fingerprint Clearance card, Food Handler card and current TB test required.
- Ability to verbally communicate with residents, families, and the public.
- Ability to read/write English.
- Must be honest, dependable and exhibit a warm, cheerful, caring manner.
- Follows all safety, security, infection control (including Universal Precautions) and hazardous materials policies and procedures.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
