Overview
We are seeking kindhearted and energetic Certified Caregivers who have a genuine desire to help seniors. The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications to patients and order and complete medication records.
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident's condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform welfare checks on residents.
- Document and report care provided and resident observations.
- Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Coachable and the willingness and ability to learn.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care.
Certificates needed and/or must obtain once hired:
- Proof of valid Arizona caregiver certification.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
- A valid Level 1 fingerprint clearance card is necessary. You must apply for one if you do not have it upon being hired.
- Proof of a current Negative TB test is required prior to the start date. We can facilitate the test for you at no cost if necessary.

Schedule:
Varied. Weekends and holidays may be required.
