Job Description:
As a Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of service and care from the moment they enter our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting residents, visitors and family members with warmth and professionalism as they arrive.
Answering phones and responding to inquiries
Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments.
Flexible personality willing to step in and be a team player where needed. Hours of operation 8a-4:30p every weekend with options to pick up and cover shifts.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service, patient care role, or retirement community preferably in a medical environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software and social media platforms.
Ability to maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. A passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of our retirement community.
