Director of Nursing – Pines Village Retirement Community
Are you an experienced nursing leader with a passion for exceptional patient care and team development? Pines Village Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing to oversee the clinical operations of our 66-bed skilled nursing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care that meets regulatory standards.
- Provide strong leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
- Oversee patient care plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care outcomes and resident satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and staff to ensure a compassionate and efficient care environment.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license** in the state of New Jersey.
- 2-5 years of experience** as a **Director of Nursing** in a long-term care facility.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills** to effectively guide teams and interact with residents and families.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to clinical excellence.
