We're seeking a passionate BC / BE Internal Medicine physician to join our team of experienced practitioners and specialists. Essential Functions :

  • Provide comprehensive medical care and management for geriatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care interventions tailored to the unique needs of older adults.
  • Conduct thorough geriatric assessments to evaluate physical, cognitive, functional, and other aspects of health, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
  • Manage complex medical conditions commonly associated with aging, while prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and quality of life.
  • Coordinate with specialists, allied health professionals, and community resources to ensure seamless continuity of care and support services for geriatric patients.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health issues, disease management strategies, medication management, and preventive health measures, empowering them to actively participate in their healthcare journey and make informed decisions.

    • Requirements :

  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
  • Valid medical license to practice in New Jersey.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in providing primary care to adult patients.
  • Familiarity with geriatric medicine and a passion for working with older adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Handle admissions and quarterly reviews.
  • Ability to comply with regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and ethical principles in healthcare delivery.
  • Travel required.

    • Salary :

  • 125.00 - $150.00 per hour.
  • Work Schedule : Minimal local travel with at least 1 day per week in Denville, Parsippany, and Dover.
