Part Time Floral Designer

Felly's has been a premier florist in the Madison area since 1949. We have been voted Best of Madison for several years in a row. We are looking for a talented and artistic full time floral designer. Now that Felly's is under new management, do you want to be a part of the Felly’s family?

Felly's is seeking a highly motivated and energetic floral designer to hire as a part-time employee within our design department. As a designer you will spend the majority of your time creating floral arrangements and helping out with weddings and events. This may include creating an arrangement for a birthday, funeral, wedding, graduation or just because. Designers also create items such as boutonnieres, corsages, bouquets, wreaths and many more. Having a strong artistic ability and great attention to detail is imperative as we do our best to meet our customer’s expectations. We also ask all employees to assist with the opening and closing tasks of the design department.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 - $17.00 per hour (varies upon experience)

Experience: Preferably 2 years of experience

Schedule:

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 8am – 4:30pm (about 4 - 8 hours per day)
• Saturday – 8am-2pm - willingness to help work weddings/events on busy weekends
• Schedule to be discussed with management
• Willingness to work special occasions and holiday weeks (Valentines week, Mothers Day week, Christmas week, etc. will be required).

Typical start time:

• Weekday – 8am
• Weekend – 8am

Typical end time:

• Weekday – 4:30pm
• Weekend – 2pm

• Part time position is also available ( 24-30 hours per week)
