CIRCE Technology is a leading technology consulting firm specializing in innovative solutions for nonprofit and social impact organizations. Felton Institute is a well-established nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mental health, social, and supportive services to underserved communities. Together, we are committed to leveraging technology to drive positive changes and improve operational efficiency.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sr. Salesforce Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions to support the mission-driven work of Felton Institute and other nonprofit clients of CIRCE. You will act as a technical leader, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, sustainable, and innovative Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Solution Design and Implementation :
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of nonprofit organizations, including program management, case management, and reporting.
- Architect scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions using advanced tools such as Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Flow.
Technical Leadership and Mentorship :

Salary Range : $125,000 - $150,000 Annually (DOE)
