Position Summary
Femasys, Inc. is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our Sales team. This is a sales position, selling IVF doctors and OBGYNs in adopting and utilizing our innovative products. This position will be responsible for selling, educating, and providing ongoing clinical support to healthcare professionals during patient procedures. This role is responsible for generating and growing the business in the market through high-frequency sales calls and driving utilization with each account.
Specific Job Functions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Reproductive Endocrinologists, OBGYNs, and key accounts to promote the adoption and utilization of our products.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals to educate them on the features, benefits, and applications of our products.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to healthcare professionals during patient procedures, including assistance with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and clinical teams, to develop customized educational materials and support programs tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for healthcare professionals, providing clinical expertise, technical assistance, and best practices to optimize patient outcomes.
- Plan and execute regular visits to key accounts, including IVF clinics, OBGYN practices, and hospitals, to build and maintain relationships, gather feedback, and address any concerns or challenges.
- Stay current on industry trends, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to women's health and our product portfolio.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales activity, customer engagement, and product utilization, to evaluate the effectiveness of support efforts and drive continuous improvement.
