The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a crucial part of driving business growth and ensuring smooth operations. This position is responsible for selling a wide range of fence products, including vinyl, aluminum, chain link, and individual parts, to both retail and wholesale customers. The ISR creates accurate quotes, manages client accounts, and proactively generates sales through cold and warm calls. Follow-ups on estimates, coordination of orders, and ensuring timely deliveries are essential to the role. Strong customer service, attention to detail, and effective teamwork are key to success. The ISR plays a vital role in building lasting client relationships and contributing to overall company efficiency.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
- Sell vinyl, aluminum, chain link, and a wide variety of fencing products to both retail and wholesale customers.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes tailored to customer needs, including individual parts.
- Make proactive cold and hot calls to generate new business and develop client relationships.
- Follow up on estimates to close sales and secure orders.
- Process payments accurately and ensure secure transactions.
- Guide clients through our smooth and easy process for purchasing fencing products.
- Schedule deliveries, pickups, and installations (if applicable) to ensure seamless service.
- Track and monitor orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain organized client accounts and assist with repeat orders.
- Assist clients with questions, concerns, and product recommendations.
- Answer calls professionally on the first ring and assist walk-in clients promptly.
- Solicit Google reviews from satisfied customers.
- Keep the work area and common spaces clean and organized.
- Assist with order pulling and warehouse tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve customer experience.

- Spanish Speaking REQUIRED
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the wholesale or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Experience with CRM software, payment systems, and order management.
- Knowledge of logistics and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and assisting with warehouse tasks.
- Comfortable with organizing and moving materials as needed.
- Good manual dexterity for handling paperwork and office equipment.
- Ability to use basic office equipment (e.g., phone, computer, printer).
- Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.
