We are hiring a fence installer to help our growing company to help meet the demands of our workload.

1-5 years fence building experience preferred.

Digging holes and setting posts, building fences and gates.
Iron, wood, and chain link fences.

Must have:
Phone, proof of US citizenship or work visa, ability to work in challenging environments such as hot, cold weather, driver license, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow directions.

Part time / full time to start and as we get into spring/summer, this will be a 30-50 hour a week position with POSSIBLE overtime.

Looking for a crew lead/foreman type ideally but we can train you to get to foreman level to run a crew.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fence Installer to join our team. As a Fence Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the security and aesthetics of residential and commercial properties by installing various types of fencing. This position requires a blend of technical skills, physical stamina, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations that meet client specifications.

Duties

• Measure and mark fence lines according to project specifications.
• Dig post holes and prepare concrete for setting posts.
• Install various types of fencing materials including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental iron.
• Perform concrete finishing and forming tasks to secure fence posts.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling fencing components.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• Conduct landscape maintenance around installed fences to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to fence installation.
• Experience in concrete finishing and forming techniques.
• Knowledge of hardscape installation practices.
• Ability to perform frame carpentry tasks as needed for custom fence designs.
• Basic welding skills for metal fence installations are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow project plans accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges on the job site.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
