Job Details:

Location: Hugo, MN

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM (some Saturdays may be required)

Pay: $20-$40

Installer Responsibilities:

• Dig post holes, mix concrete, and set fence posts

• Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively

• Work efficiently with a team to complete projects on time

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Foreman Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of fence installation projects from start to finish

• Lead and direct crew members to ensure efficient, high-quality, and safe installations

• Communicate with customers to set expectations and provide outstanding service

• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive image

• Prepare job sites, including digging post holes, mixing concrete, and organizing materials

• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials as needed

• Operate various hand and power tools, such as skid steers, air hammers, and forklifts

• Safely drive and maneuver company vehicles, including those towing trailers

• Perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions to complete installations

• Identify and address safety hazards, ensuring a secure work environment

• Report any injuries immediately for proper diagnosis and treatment

• Actively contribute to safety improvements by suggesting process enhancements

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience preferred, but we will train the right person who is willing to listen and learn

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and handle physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license required – must be comfortable pulling a trailer

- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
