Fenceworks LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in administrative tasks, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role combines general clerical duties with Accounts Receivable responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, document management, and office organization
- Process accounts receivable, including data entry, invoice creation, and preliminary notices
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software
- Support project documentation and office communication
- Serve as backup receptionist when needed by answering phone calls
Qualifications
- 2 years of proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a construction environment
- Experience with accounts receivable processes including data entry, invoicing, and preliminary notices
- Proficiency with office technology and software applications
- Experience with Sage accounting software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Education/Experience
- High school diploma required
- 2 years of administrative or office management experience
- Experience in construction industry a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
