POSITION SUMMARY :
As an inside sales representative, you will oversee the management of customer accounts.
Pay : $24-$25 an hr DOE Potential monthly commissions
Schedule : 8 am-5 pm Mon-thru-Fri occasion rotation one Saturday a month 8 am-12 pm
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- You will be responsible for providing general customer service by waiting on customers at the counter, answering incoming phone calls, having basic knowledge of the products and materials that we sell, preparing quotes, preparing orders for the delivery of products to the job site, and placing special orders with our vendors.
- Must be able to clearly communicate to the customer and prioritize daily job duties to ensure each order goes smoothly.
- Assisting customers with questions and doing estimates for their projects.
- Educating customers on product offerings, fielding questions, and resolving customer issues.
- Ability to multi-task with superior communication and organizational skills.
- You will also be required to service existing accounts and establish new accounts.
- You will be required to make calls to existing customers and build relationship bridges with new potential customers.

Salary Description
45,000 to 55,000 plus incentive
