We are searching for an Associate Recruiter to join our team in Corona, CA. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for both direct and indirect labor roles at our manufacturing facility. The Associate Recruiter will partner with HR and department leaders to implement effective hiring practices, ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates, and deliver a world-class candidate experience.
Essential Functions:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management for hourly and salaried manufacturing roles.
- Build strong relationships with department leaders to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Support hiring efforts for special initiatives such as product launches, seasonal increases, and priority staffing requests.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience by ensuring professional, timely, and responsive communication throughout the hiring process.
- Apply creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles.
- Represent Fender at local hiring events, job fairs, and school partnerships to strengthen the external talent pipeline.
- Track recruiting metrics and deliver timely updates to HR and leadership.
- Contribute hiring data and insights to workforce planning and talent mapping initiatives.
- Adapt to changing staffing needs by reprioritizing open roles and developing action plans accordingly.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and early engagement efforts to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and process consistency within the applicant tracking system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing or high-volume hiring environment (in-house or agency).
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse a plus.
- Familiarity with labor compliance processes including I-9, E-Verify, and background checks.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive candidate interactions professionally and with discretion.
- Must be available to work onsite and comply with factory safety standards, including use of PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, earplugs, and protective footwear.
