Intern, Retail Business Analyst - New York, NY - Corporate Office

Position

The Retail Business Analyst Intern will assist the Senior Manager, Planning in analyzing the product categories by market for Fendi stores in FEDNI Americas to identify opportunities and drive business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth product analysis to identify business opportunities by market, store, and product category
• Help to design reporting dashboard structure for Planning Management team, using Microsoft business intelligent applications and rollout the toll throughout the organization.
• Work closely with Senior Manager, Planning to support the atomization of stock and compliance rebalance process.
• Support the Senior Manager, Planning in preparing presentations for senior leaders and business reviews.
• Special Projects: Based on the candidate's skillset, this could include the integration of existing reporting into Power BI dashboards.
• Learn how a luxury retail network operates in both strategic and operational levels.
• Support the Senior Manager, Planning in optimizing sales and sell through for seasonal product by creating tools to analyze datasets in a centralized platform/dashboard.
• Experience in Sales Forecasting
  
  

Qualifications

Additional information:

• Must be available to work in the New York City office Monday-Friday: 9-6pm.
• Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficiency in Power Bi, SQL, Python
• Excellent communications skills.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Passion for Fendi and the Luxury Industry
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously.
