Client Relations Specialist - Korean Speaking

We are currently seeking a Korean Speaking Client Relations Specialist, responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and effective manner. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Provide customer service to clients
• Address client inquiries and complaints
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
• Organize and manage client events
• Negotiate contracts with clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Required skills and qualifications

• Fluency in Korean and English is essential
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 years or more work experience in sales or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a commission-only environment
• Ability to effectively manage customer relationships
