We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host / Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience by ensuring that tables are clean, organized, and ready for guests. Duties
- Seat guests accordind to seating preferences.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a welcoming environment for new diners.
- Process to go orders and door dash
- Answer phones and take reservations
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support guest relations by providing excellent customer service and addressing any immediate needs or concerns.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or large parties.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems as required for processing orders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette when necessary.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience for guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $16.91 - $18.01 per hour
