Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CRM database systems to track and analyze sales and marketing performance.
- Manage electronic distribution for Sales, ensuring timely and effective communication with investors.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the overall sales and marketing strategy.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required with a minimum GPA of 3.4.
- 0-3 years' experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, accompanied by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
